About

I was born and raised in Thousand Oaks and now live in Camarillo with my wife and dog. Growing up, I played several sports and was interested in sports performance which initially led me to pursue a career in personal training. After earning my B.S. in Exercise Science from California Lutheran University, I decided to further my education and obtain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Marys University in Los Angeles. I've been working as a PT in the Ventura County area for 3 years now, assisting people of all ages ranging from 7-year-olds to 95-year-olds.

My experience includes specializing in helping young athletes in a sports setting, working with post-op surgeries and general orthopedics in an orthopedic setting, and providing care in patients' homes. Through these diverse experiences, I've learned that a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy is ineffective. Each person requires an individualized care plan tailored to their specific needs and goals.

For each patient, my goal is to empower them to manage their pain effectively so they can resume their lives without the fear of exacerbating their condition. I achieve this primarily through education and exercise, aiming for long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. I strive to ensure that all my patients have the ability make informed decisions about their health, whether it involves a potential surgery or simply returning to activities like running.

Many people experiencing pain are unsure where to begin. My role is to help individuals find an appropriate starting point to reintroduce exercise or activity into their lives gradually and safely, building their confidence along the way.
